Position Details

Position: Auto Detailing Technician
Employment Type: Part-Time
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour during training
Additional Earnings: Tips
Growth Opportunities: Pay increases and advancement opportunities available based on performance
Start Date: Monday, June 8

Job Responsibilities

Perform hand washes and basic vehicle cleaning
Clean vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, dusting, and stain removal
Wash, dry, and detail vehicle exteriors
Apply waxes, sealants, and protectants
Clean wheels, tires, windows, and trim
Perform full vehicle details according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service
Follow company procedures and quality standards

Requirements

Knowledge of basic hand-washing techniques and vehicle
Experience with auto detailing
Must be kind, professional, presentable, and customer-friendly
Must be punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
Fast learner with a strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation to company headquarters
Must have a working cellphone and be reachable during business hours
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to lift detailing equipment and work outdoors as needed
