This is a flat-rate position in a busy store . There is steady work. You'll be responsible for getting vehicles front-line ready and maintaining the standard expected from a luxury brand. If you take pride in your work and can produce without being micromanaged this is a solid opportunity. The Role You are responsible for the final condition of the vehicle. You will: Complete full interior and exterior details Wash, dry, and prep vehicles for delivery Clean interiors, vacuum, and treat surfaces Apply protectants and finishing products Perform final quality checks before delivery Keep your work area clean and organized The Environment High-volume dealership with steady workflow Flat-rate pay structure Clear expectations for quality and turnaround time Professional team and structured process You won't be waiting around for work.
