Car Sales Representative Responsibilities

Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle

Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Negotiate sales transactions

Attend training and sales meetings

Complete sales transaction paperwork

QualificationsExperienced Car Sales Representative Requirements

2+ years of prior automotive sales experience. (New car franchise is preferred but not required)

In-depth knowledge of how to use and operate a CRM, preferably DriveCentric

Ability to source and chase down leads

MOPAR experience preferred

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
