Spanish Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative Hiring Now!

All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for a Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative for a small family owned Car dealership in the Salem area.

The ideal candidate for this position has about 1-2 years of Sales experience, motivated, outgoing and has a great attitude!

Responsibilities:

-Assist customers in finding the right vehicle
-Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
-Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations
-Follow up with leads and prospects
-Meet and exceed sales goals
-Work as part of a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

-Sales experience 1-2 years required
-Strong communication skills
-Positive attitude and professional appearance
-Valid driver's license
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Starting pay: $15.05 plus commission 25%

Typical Schedule:
Wednesday- Sunday (20-40 Hours) Schedule/Time varies.
Monday/ Tuesday (Off)
