Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and address any concerns or questions
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes

Proven experience in automotive sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and industry trends
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
