Automotive Sales & Operations Assistant Hiring Now

Unique Preowned is looking for a reliable, motivated, and organized team member to assist with the day-to-day operations of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for sale and ensure inventory is properly organized and presentation-ready.

Assist customers in person, by phone, text, and email.

Create and manage vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, AutoTrader, Cars.com, and other online platforms.

Take high-quality photos and videos of inventory for advertising and social media.

Order automotive parts and coordinate with vendors, repair shops, and service providers.

Schedule vehicle inspections, repairs, detailing, and maintenance appointments.

Maintain inventory records and vehicle files.

Assist with vehicle registration, title paperwork, and dealership documentation.

Test drive vehicles when necessary.

Follow up with customers regarding appointments, vehicle inquiries, and sales opportunities.

Keep the dealership lot organized and ensure vehicles are properly displayed.

Assist with social media marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Perform basic vehicle checks such as monitoring tire pressure, fluid levels, battery condition, and fuel levels.

Run dealership-related errands and assist management with special projects.

Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer and smartphone skills.

Ability to work independently and multitask.

Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:
