Automotive Tire & Service Advisor

Were a busy aftermarket tire and service facility in Pawtucket, RI, looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments
Greet customers and assist with questions and concerns
Provide accurate quotes for services, tires, and recommended maintenance
Create repair orders and coordinate with the Shop Manager for scheduling
Recommend tire products and services based on customer needs
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
Tire sales experience a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with ongoing online and in-person training
Spanish speaking a plus (not required)
