Wyckoff Auto Center is growing, and were looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy, high-performing team in Wyckoff, NJ.

What Youll Be Doing
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter
- Communicate vehicle concerns and repair updates
- Help manage workflow and customer communication
- Support the owner and current service advisor
- Deliver excellent customer service in a busy shop environment
- Eventually assist with light sales and service recommendations
What Were Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Experience That Helps (But Isnt Required)
- Service advisor or sales experience
- Automotive knowledge
- European or Asian vehicle familiarity
- ASE certifications

Schedule
Typical schedule target:
- MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
- Closed Saturdays during July & August
Some schedule flexibility is available.
