What We're Looking For: 1 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (required). Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way. CDK must be familiar Computer proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized.
