We are a growing, family-owned used car dealership looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. We offer a more personal, team-oriented environment than large corporate dealerships, with real opportunity to grow, earn, and build a career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers find the right vehicle
  • Build strong relationships and create a positive buying experience from start to finish
  • Respond to internet, phone, social media, and walk-in leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds
  • Learn and clearly explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and GAP insurance
  • Follow up with customers through calls, texts, and emails to close sales
  • Work with lenders and management to help customers get approved and into the right vehicle
  • Stay up to date on inventory and pricing
  • Post and promote inventory on social media and online marketplaces
  • Maintain a professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach
  • Learn dealership systems, paperwork, and the full sales process from start to finish
  • Create a low-pressure, enjoyable buying experience for every customer
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented personality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full time including weekends
  • Valid drivers license
  • Valid dealer license
  • Sales experience required
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
