Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers purchase a vehicle
  • Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
  • Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
  • Prospect for new customers

Qualifications:

  • Integrity, a Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic Required
  • Willing to Learn
  • No experience required, we train for success!
  • Professional appearance and good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
  • Be a Team Player
  • Backgrounds That Translate Well: Retail sales, hospitality, real estate, insurance, B2B/outside sales, customer service, account management, military, and recent graduates
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
