Job Description:

In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing the parts counter, assisting customers in finding the right automotive parts, and delivering those parts to our clients in a timely manner. Your expertise and friendly demeanor will help create a welcoming environment for our customers while ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and assist them in locating and purchasing automotive parts.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring inventory is maintained and stocked.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on parts and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle deliveries of parts to customers, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including receiving shipments and conducting periodic stock checks.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive parts or a related field is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
