Automotive Service Advisor Troy Honda, Troy Michigan Local Honda dealership in need of experienced service advisor Experience: service advisor 1 year (Preferred) Work only 1 Saturday per month Reynolds & Reynolds experience (preferred) Responsibilities include: Schedule service appointments Write-up and monitor customer repairs Update customers on repair status Recommend vehicle repair and maintenance to customer and promote sale of products and services mutually beneficial to the customer and shop Build relationships with customers to promote repeat and referral service business. Build Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Verify that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order.
