What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers with their vehicle service needs

Communicate recommendations clearly and accurately

Prepare repair orders and coordinate with technicians

Follow up with customers and ensure exceptional satisfaction

Help drive department goals and exceed performance targets

What We're Looking For

Previous Service Advisor experience (high-volume dealership preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
