Parts Counter Service Rep Jobs in Hayward, CA
A Parts Counter Service Representative in the automotive industry is responsible for providing customer service, selling auto parts, and managing inventory. They interact with customers to determine their needs, provide accurate information about parts, and aid in the selection and purchase process. They are also tasked with restocking parts, conducting inventory checks, processing orders and returns, and maintaining an organized, efficient parts department.
