Tire Threading Technician (Bilingual: Spanish/English)

San Antonio, TX

Start as soon as Monday!

Compensation:

• 1st Shift: 5:00am 3:30pm | $15/hour
• Mid Shift: 12:00pm 10:00pm | $16/hour
• 2nd Shift: 10:00pm 9:00am | $16/hour
• Overtime as needed; average 55 hours/week

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Tire Threading Technicians to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. This position requires working in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

• Inspect tires, identify threading requirements, and prepare tires for the threading process
• Operate threading machines and equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor tire quality and thread consistency throughout the process
• Report defects, machine errors, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and production guidelines
• Lift, move, and position tires as required (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
• Complete production records and logs as directed
• Work required overtime and flexible hours as needed

• Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work in non-temperature controlled conditions and stand/walk for long periods
• Must be able to consistently work full shift and regular overtime (average 55 hours/week)
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
