What Youll Do

Work with walk-in and internet customers
Create and post content on social media to generate your own leads
Engage with buyers through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online marketplaces
Build relationships and turn leads into sales
Learn the car business from the ground up (we train you step-by-step)
Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain customer relationships
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
Assist with lot organization and basic vehicle presentation

What Were Looking For

Sales experience is a plus, but not requiredwell train the right person
Strong social media and digital marketing skills (this is a must)
Self motivated, driven, and competitive mindset
Comfortable being on camera and creating content
Strong communication and people skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
