- Perform preventative maintenance across a wide range of industrial machinery and production equipment to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment including pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, chillers, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues related to production and facility equipment
- Support predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Work across multiple maintenance disciplines based on operational needs
- Respond to equipment alerts and communicate effectively using radio systems
- Walk throughout the facility to complete inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements
- Maintain consistent attendance, work scheduled shifts, and support overtime needs
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical and electrical drive or control systems
- Experience supporting preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Basic computer experience (2 years preferred)
- Current work history with at least 1 year of recent employment
- Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
