Auto Mechanic

I have a modern 3 bay shop that is fully equipped. I keep it clean and comfortable. Thermostat is set on 72 for heat and central air conditioning. It is a established repair shop with a great reputation. I am 65-year-old ASE Certified Master Mechanic & L1
My shop does a lot of module replacement and programming via J2435 or manufacturers platforms. By hiring someone to help with mechanical, I would like to concentrate more on modules and keys
All makes and all models are repaired. Pickup trucks and large SUV are the largest vehicles serviced. We Test - Not Guess means that I bill out the needed time to know why we are replacing something

Type of mechanic A.S.E. Certification preferred

5 plus years of experience, that has tools of a professional mechanic.
Automotive technology school graduate with little or no experience. I have been considering passing down my 45 years knowledge by mentoring as I was. You would need a degree from a automotive repair school. Have all hand tools and a commitment to increase your tools weekly
