Experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson BMW

Tulley Automotive Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our busy BMW parts department. This is a Tuesday - Saturday Schedule.

If you have experience working in a dealership, independent repair facility, stand-alone parts store, heavy equipment, powersports, or small engine environment, we would like to speak with you.

This position plays a key role in supporting both our service technicians and retail/wholesale customers by providing accurate parts lookups, maintaining inventory flow, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts needs
• Accurately identify and source OEM parts and accessories
• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and receiving
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
• Help ensure efficient workflow within a high-volume parts department

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and terminology
• BMW experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Dealertrack software experience is helpful
