West Georgia Discount Tires Sales is looking for an experienced, reliable Tire Technician to join our team. We have immediate openings for either part-time or full-time hours depending on your availability and schedule.
Whether you are a seasoned tech looking for a stable shop, a freelance mechanic looking to supplement your income, or an automotive student looking for consistent hands-on hours, we want to hear from you.
We need someone who can hit the ground running on day one with zero training required.
What You Will Do:
- Mount, balance, and install passenger and light truck tires.
-Safely operate tire changers (bead busters) and spin balancers.
-Perform flat tire repairs (proper patch and plug techniques).
-Safely operate shop lifts and floor jacks.
What We Are Looking For:
-Experience Needed: Must have hands-on experience working in a tire shop or automotive bay. You must know how to safely change a tire and balance a wheel without scratching rims or stripping lugs.
-Brake Work (Plus): Experience with brake servicesspecifically installing brake pads and rotorsis highly preferred and a major plus.
-Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.
-Reliability: You must show up on time for your scheduled shifts. No-shows or erratic attendance will not be tolerated.
-Work Style: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a clean, safe bay.

Pay: $12/hr paid weekly + tips.
