Responsibilities:- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
- Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong motivation to succeed in a commissiondriven, performancebased environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with a highenergy, customerfocused approach
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
- Selfmotivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license for the state of employment and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening
- Performancebased commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Estimated takehome commission range: $60,000$100,000+ annually , based on individual performance
