Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
Pay: $24 $34/hr + Production Bonuses
Pay Structure: 40-Hour Guaranteed Pay + Bonus Potential

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician for a busy, well-established independent repair shop in Furlong, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a B Level or strong C+ Level Tech who wants consistent work, steady income, modern equipment, and a team that genuinely supports each other.

This shop services a wide mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles and maintains a strong car count of 80100 vehicles per week , giving technicians the opportunity to stay productive and earn consistently. What Youll Do

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Perform brakes, suspension, steering, and general mechanical repairs
• Complete maintenance services including oil changes, fluid services, filters, and preventative maintenance
• Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document recommendations clearly
• Assist with troubleshooting and light diagnostic work
• Collaborate with advisors and teammates to keep workflow efficient
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Follow ASE standards and manufacturer repair procedures

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to complete most general repairs independently
• Experience in an independent shop or dealership environment
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Diagnostic experience or willingness to continue growing diagnostic skills
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
• PA State Inspection & Emissions License preferred (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

• $24$34/hr depending on experience
• Hybrid pay plan with guaranteed 40-hour weekly pay
