Pay: $40$50 per Hour (Hourly Pay Never Flat Rate) PLUS Productivity bonus
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Virginia State Inspection License
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to service a wide range of makes and models
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth

Preferred

• Experience with Tekmetric DVI systems
• Experience servicing luxury and import vehicles
• Mentoring or leadership experience
