Automotive Service Technician

Advantage Technical is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Technician to support corporate fleet and engineering operations for a leading global automotive OEM in Auburn Hills, MI. If you have deep dealership diagnostic experience and want to work alongside engineering and quality teams on real vehicle investigations - this is your role.

What You'll Do (Job Duties)

• Diagnose and repair corporate fleet vehicles; perform scheduled maintenance
• Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to root cause vehicle concerns
• Support teardowns, warranty repairs, and reliability audits
• Assist engineering studies across Fast Feedback, Safety Office, Executive Garage, and related groups
• Document findings and collaborate with PQRC Engineers on corrective actions

What You Bring (Requirements and Qualifications)

• ASE Certification and/or State Automotive License required
• 5+ years of Chrysler/Stellantis dealership technician experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid Driver's License; basic computer proficiency
• HS diploma or equivalent
