A Service Advisor at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and determine their service or repair needs.
Listen to customer concerns and document them accurately on repair orders.
Prepare estimates for labor, parts, and service costs.
Explain inspection results and recommend maintenance or repairs.
Obtain customer authorization for additional work.
Schedule service appointments.
Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.
Explain completed work and review charges when customers pick up their vehicles.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Coordinate with technicians, dispatchers, and parts personnel

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass background checks, MVR review, and drug screening.
