T-10 Automotive Technicians wanted

Toyota of Berkeley is recruiting UTI + T-TEN graduates ready to jump into a high-volume Toyota dealership. We value the training youve completed and built this role to give you the tools, environment, and support to launch strong.

If youve just completed UTIs T-TEN program (or will soon), this position offers a direct transition into a full-time Toyota dealership with clear advancement paths.

• 33 per hour starting pay for UTI T-TEN graduates
• Brand new Snap on starter tool set provided on day one
• Relocation assistance for graduates moving north from Southern California
• Hourly pay with consistent workflow and stable schedule
• Toyota factory training and paid advancement through all certification levels
• Full benefits and steady year-round work volume
• Supportive leadership and experienced Master Technicians who understand T-TEN training

UTI T-TEN graduates enter our shop at the Expert Technician level and can progress through top Toyota certification tiers as you build experience and complete required training.

• Expert Technician 33 to 40 per hour core maintenance, repair, and foundational diagnostics
• Master Technician 40 to 48 per hour hybrid systems, drivability, and advanced mechanical/electrical work
• Master Diagnostic Technician 50 to 55 per hour full diagnostic authority and top tier pay for factory-certified technicians
