Our client is seeking a motivated Service Manager to oversee daily operations in their diesel service and repair shop with a team of Service Technicians, Fabricators, and Service Assistant. Key Responsibilities for Service Manager: Direct, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the service and repair shop. Manage and support a team of service technicians, fabricators, and service assistants. Collaborate closely with the General Manager to explore and drive service business growth. Qualifications for Service Manager: Heavy-duty truck maintenance/repair experience preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role (Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, etc.). Strong understanding of service/repair business operations. Schedule for Service Manager: Day shift hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts! Compensation for Service Manager: $90,000 to $105,000/year (base wage + semiannual bonus, dependent on experience).
