Experienced Auto Detailer Wanted $18-35/hr + Bonuses

WRAPTIK is hiring an experienced auto detailer to join our shop in Medford. We are a premium auto service brand window tint, ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and full detailing.

This is a full-time, long-term position. We are looking for someone who wants to settle in, do quality work, and grow with the team not someone shop-hopping every six months.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year hands-on detailing experience
- Can complete a full detail without supervision
- Knows how to use a DA polisher (rotary is a plus)
- Takes pride in finished work
- Reliable, on time, clear communicator
- 18 or older with a valid driver's license

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Full interior and exterior details
- Decon, clay, polish, and protect
- Paint correction (1-step and 2-step) as you ramp
- Ceramic coating prep
- Pre-PPF prep (if interested)
- Maintain shop standards and equipment

SCHEDULE:
- Full-time
- Generally 8-hour shifts, Mon-Sat with rotation
- Some weekends required
- Flexible start times

LOCATION:
- WRAPTIK Studio, Medford, OR
- Easy access from Central Point, Phoenix, Talent, Ashland, White City, Eagle Point

GROWTH:
We are building a real team. Strong detailers grow into Senior Detailer with revenue share on detail and ceramic packages.
