RV Body Work & Paint Technician

You'll be our go-to person for all exterior cosmetic and fiberglass repair work on motorhomes, travel trailers, and other recreational vehicles. This is a hands-on, full-time position where you'll take ownership of the body work pipeline from start to finish. You'll work alongside a small team of technicians in a fast-paced shop environment.

Perform fiberglass repair on RV front caps, sidewalls, and exterior panels

Apply bondo, shape, and sand surfaces to a smooth, paint-ready finish

Mix, match, and spray paint for RV exteriors, including multi-color blending

Color match using paint codes and paint shop mixing services

Ensure clean, professional edge work and smooth transitions between panels and colors

Apply vinyl wraps on appropriate surfaces when paint is not required

Assess damage on incoming units and estimate repair scope

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage body work materials and supplies

Proven experience with automotive or RV body work, including fiberglass repair

Strong skills in bondo application, sanding, and surface finishing

Experience with paint mixing, spraying, and color matching

Attention to detail finished work needs to look right, not just be fast

Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow

Reliable, full-time availability (consistent weekly schedule)

Vinyl wrap experience is a plus but not required
