Were a busy independent repair facility in Littleton, Colorado, looking for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work, accurate diagnostics, and professional customer service.diagnosis not necessary and we train that!
Compensation
Hourly/Salary Technician
$1,100 $1,500+ per week based on experience and productivity
Flat Rate Technician
Guaranteed $1,600 per week
Flat rate pay: $40 $55 per flagged hour
High-volume shop with plenty of work available
Top performers have the opportunity to flag substantially more than guarantee
What Were Looking For
Minimum 3+ years professional automotive repair experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Must have your own basic tools, tool cart, and preferably a larger toolbox
Ongoing investment in professional-grade tools is expected
Ideal Candidate
Were looking for a technician who:
Has experience purchasing and building their tool collection through major tool vendors (Snap-On, Matco, Mac, Cornwell, etc.)
Can diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
Takes ownership of repairs from diagnosis through final quality control
