Mainline Technician Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns

Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs

Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturerspecific services

Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings

Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information

Follow Mazda repair standards and dealership procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians

QualificationsMainline Technician Qualifications

Minimum 2 years mainline technician experience required

Mazda certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills

Ability to work efficiently in a flatrate environment

Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Professional, dependable, and teamoriented attitude

Must provide own tools and diagnostic equipment

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
