Hyundai Certified Technician Job Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, including Hyundai and other makes as needed

Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer guidelines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Communicate with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues, repairs, and recommendations

Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used

Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, repair techniques, and manufacturer updates

Work collaboratively with the service team to meet productivity and quality goals

QualificationsHyundai Certified Technician Qualifications

Proven experience as an automotive technician/mechanic, preferably with dealership or service center experience

Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical and electrical systems, and repair procedures

ASE certification or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred (Hyundai experience a plus)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and work ethic

Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
