Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics, Trailer Technicians, and Reefer Technicians to support our growing fleet service operation at our location in Auburn, IN! What You’ll Do

Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, reefers, and APUs

Complete brake repairs, suspension work, and DOT/FHWA inspections

Diagnose electrical systems and ABS brakes

Handle tire services (mounting, balancing, flat repairs)

Complete structural trailer repairs, rear doors, and washouts

Troubleshoot APUs and assist with road service calls

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year experience in diesel, trailer, or transport refrigeration repair

DOT inspections & air brake experience required

Valid driver’s license

Obtain a toolbox and the required tools

Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
