Pay: $25.00/hour based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Contract to Direct Hire

Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join a locally owned auto repair shop in Swartz Creek. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work, values a team-oriented environment, and enjoys working in a smaller shop setting.

Were looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge, professional automotive repair experience, and the ability to work independently on a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have their own tools, industry certifications, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
-Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
-Perform brake repairs, suspension work, steering repairs, and front-end work
-Complete routine maintenance services including oil changes, tune-ups, and inspections
-Accurately inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns
-Use diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting skills to determine repair needs
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly with the shop team

Qualifications:
-Previous professional automotive technician experience required
-ASE certifications preferred
-Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
-Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, and general repair work
-Must have own tools
-Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small shop environment
-Valid drivers license required
