Overview

The Sales Associate at Baron BMW plays a key role in delivering a premium customer experience while driving vehicle sales and client loyalty. This position is responsible for guiding customers through the full sales cycle-from initial inquiry and vehicle selection to financing and post-sale follow-up-while representing the elevated standards of the BMW brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through personalized service and follow-up
• Deliver a luxury, consultative sales experience aligned with BMW brand standards
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles, features, and financing options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations with a high level of expertise
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW models, features, technology, and competitive offerings
• Manage leads through CRM systems and proactively pursue sales opportunities
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a performance-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
