Genesis of Conshohocken is seeking an experienced and professional Luxury Automotive Detailer to join our team full-time. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and understands the high standards expected when working with luxury vehicles.

This position offers 40 hours per week, competitive pay, and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on luxury vehicles
• Wash, wax, buff, polish, and vacuum vehicles to dealership standards
• Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed
• Clean and condition leather, upholstery, wheels, and trim
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation before delivery
• Maintain detailing tools, equipment, and work area
• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality

Qualifications

• Previous professional automotive detailing experience required
• Experience working with luxury or high-end vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
