THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL SERVICE DESK ROLE

Orchestrate the Shop: Manage complex, long-term workflows and keep the technicians moving.
Balance Art & Science: Master the blend of sales, high-end craftsmanship, and real-time operations.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING

You will be the bridge between our clients' dreams and our technicians' hands. This role demands excellence in both Client Relations and Project Management.

The Reveal: Present inspection results and project milestones, guiding customers through complex build decisions.
Shop Management / Operations

Workflow Control: Manage the movement of vintage steel through the baysfrom teardown to final polish.
Precision Dispatching: Assign jobs to specialized fabricators and technicians based on their unique skill sets.
Bottleneck Breaking: Proactively identify delays in the restoration process and pivot resources to keep projects on schedule.
Parts Procurement: Sourcing for classics isn't easy; youll be responsible for hunting down everything from crate engines to obscure trim pieces.
WHO YOU ARE

The Classic Expert: You know your way around a chassis and understand why a frame-off restoration differs from a "driver-quality" refresh.
The Decisive Leader: You stay cool when a project hits a snag and can manage people and pressure simultaneously.
The Professional: You take ownership of the shops reputation and the clients experience.
Bonus Points for:

Deep knowledge of classic vehicle systems and aftermarket performance parts.
Experience with Imex or similar shop management software.
A background in custom fabrication or high-end automotive sales.
WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive Salary: Rewarding your specialized knowledge.

Growth: Opportunities to lead within a performance-driven, team-oriented culture.
Perks: Paid time off and on-site parking.
FINAL NOTE

Restoration work is a marathon, not a sprint. We need someone who can lead the flow of the shop today while keeping an eye on where a project needs to be six months from now. If you have the grit to handle the pressure and the passion for classic steel, we want to talk to you.
