Benefits Great working environment Paid training Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Wash, vacuum, and clean customer vehicles to dealership standards Perform interior and exterior detailing, including shampooing carpets and upholstery, cleaning windows, wiping down surfaces, and applying protectants Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, detail area, and vehicle lot Safely move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles throughout the property Assist advisors and technicians with vehicle flow and general service department support Inspect vehicles after washing/detailing to ensure quality and presentation standards are met Help maintain loaner and shuttle vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels Operate pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other detailing equipment safely and properly Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Follow all company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Previous automotive detailing, car wash, or porter experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical duties include standing for extended periods, bending, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent vehicle entry/exit Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed About the Position This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping vehicles looking their best and enjoys working around high-end vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment.
