RV Service Advisor

The service advisor position is the service department's main contact with customers. Service writers are tasked with assisting multiple customers, coordinating repairs and general service with technicians, communicating with parts suppliers and manufacturers, advising customers on their service needs, and maintaining regular contact with customers about the status of their trailer. This position pays top dollar based on experience.

Service writers are expected to coordinate with coworkers and managers, stay organized, and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Extended communication with customers.
• Checking in RV's for repair and checking them out once completed.
• Working with the RV Manufacturers and suppliers.

• Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred, but not required. Training is provided
• General computer proficiency and knowledge

Hours/Days:

• Winter 9am-5pm (day off during the week - with rotating Saturday off)
• Summer 9am-6pm (day off during the week - with rotating Saturday off)
