Trailer Mechanic Wanted Full Time**
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Trailer Mechanic to join our team. This position will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining dry van trailers and chassis to keep our fleet operating safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform trailer inspections and preventative maintenance
* Diagnose and repair brake systems, lights, air leaks, suspension, doors, flooring, and tires
* Handle basic welding and fabrication repairs when needed
* Ensure trailers remain DOT compliant
* Complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
**Requirements:**
* Experience working on semi-trailers required
* Knowledge of DOT inspections and trailer maintenance
* Basic welding experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
* Valid drivers license required
* CDL is a plus, but not required
