Job Description
The Vehicle Maintenance Place (VMP)
1425 San Mateo Blvd SE
Albuquerque, NM 87108
We are looking for a general auto technician with experience in:
Brakes, shocks, struts, batteries, starters, belts, alternators, tire rotations/balancing, coolant services, transmission fluid services, maintenance inspections, etc.
Opportunities to learn alignments, A/C, emissions repairs, diagnostics and more!
Requirements:
Should have current experience with American and Asian vehicles working in a shop.
Must have valid drivers' license with insurable record.
Should have own basic tools - We provide specialty tools, scan tools, repair information and equipment.
Able to use repair information on a computer and follow the repair guidelines.
ASE Certifications are a plus.
Able to work M-F 8am to 5pm. 4-day work week option also.
Benefits/Pay:
up to $30/per hour to start
No weekends
Advancement opportunities
Regular pay raises
