Experienced Auto Detailer / Lot Attendant No Micromanagement

We are a fast-paced used car dealership seeking a reliable, experienced Detailer / Lot Attendant who takes pride in quality work and can operate independently. This role is essential to maintaining our vehicle standards and overall dealership appearance.

Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing , including engines. When required

Cut, buff, and correct scratches and swirl marks

Apply ceramic coatings and undercoating when needed

Safely operate shop equipment, including buffers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors

Use professional-grade chemicals and detailing products effectively

Maintain shop and lot cleanliness at all times

Run occasional errands and support general dealership operations as needed

• Spanish or english
• Valid Drivers License or privilege card with at least 1+ year of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Prior professional detailing and buffing experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without constant supervision
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, bending, crouching, lifting, walking)
• 5 or 6 days a week

Spanish is a plus, but not required.

We maintain high standards of quality and are seeking a self-starter who can stay productive, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly when support or supplies are needed.
