Heavy Equipment / Diesel Technician

A well-established equipment company is looking to add two experienced Heavy Equipment / Diesel Technicians to their growing team. These openings are due to an internal promotion and an upcoming relocation, creating excellent long-term opportunities with a stable company that continues to grow. This role will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of construction and rental equipment including aerial lifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, loaders, mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saws, and more. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay targeted in the $25-$30/hour range depending on experience Annual bonus potential of $12K-$15K Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Stable company with strong leadership and advancement opportunities Full benefits package Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Work on a variety of compact and construction equipment Troubleshoot equipment in a shop environment Complete work orders and maintain service documentation Work closely with parts and service teams to keep equipment operating efficiently Equipment Worked On Aerial lifts Telehandlers Scissor lifts Skid steers Mini excavators Loaders Concrete saws Compact construction equipment Qualifications 3+ years of experience working on heavy equipment, construction equipment, or diesel equipment Strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills preferred Experience with aerial or compact equipment is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience from: Construction equipment dealerships A well-established equipment company is looking to add two experienced Heavy Equipment / Diesel Technicians to their growing team.
