McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a dependable and organized Transportation Assistant Manager to help lead our transportation operations. This role is responsible for supporting the daily coordination of shuttle services, customer vehicle transportation, driver scheduling, and fleet maintenance while ensuring an exceptional experience for both customers and internal departments.

Requirements

• Previous leadership, transportation, dispatching, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable coordinating schedules, routes, and transportation requests
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You’ll Do

• Assist with daily shuttle operations, including scheduling, route coordination, driver assignments, and operational support
• Train and support new drivers while reinforcing company standards and procedures with existing team members
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance needs, including oil changes, tire service, cleanliness, and overall fleet readiness
• Assist with weekly driver scheduling and management of time-off requests
• Partner with Service Advisors and Service Managers to accommodate special transportation requests and customer needs
• Coordinate customer vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, including route planning and driver assignments
• Support vehicle transfers and deliveries between McGrath dealership locations
• Assist with transportation-related duties including vehicle test drives, porter support, and other operational needs as assigned
