No corporate red tape. No micromanaging. Just real work, honest pay, and a team that's got each other's back. Who We're Looking For: Someone who knows how to turn a wrench, shows up on time, and takes pride in their work. Simple as that. We work on everything from brakes and suspensions to diagnostics and general repairs mostly everyday vehicles (nothing wild or exotic). What You'll Need: 5+ years of experience (but we're flexible if you're sharp and willing to learn) A driver's license and decent driving record Your own tools (or working on building up your set) A good attitude and willingness to be part of the team Inspection license for Maine Be able to talk to customers and explain what is wrong with their vehicle (being friendly will get you further here) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Efficiency bonuses and flat rate pay Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with weekends off.
