Commission based pay structure, 9% of GROSS parts and labor. Advisors range 85K to over 100+K, potentially higher depending on your multitasking skills motivation. (Multiple levels of bonuses on top of regular pay!) We have a parts department creating estimates from the Tech's to save you time and you can focus on communicating with customers. Digital sales tools to help earn customer trust by sending inspection reports, pictures and estimates to customer's cell phone. Our system has text capabilities to contact hard to reach customers.
