Valid driver's license

Own tools preferred for technician positions

Emissions certification a plus

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Perform automotive preventive maintenance:
• Lube Oil & Filter Service
• Tire Rotation & Brake Inspections
• Changing, mounting, and installing tires
• Wheel removal
• Tire Repair patch/plug repairs
• Tire Balance
• Tire Pressure Monitor System replacement/relearn
• Inspect and rotate tires
• Basic automotive maintenance
• Transmission Fluid Exchange
• Differential Fluid Exchange
• Power Steering Fluid
• Brake Fluid Exchange
• Engine Coolant Exchange: Other services as assigned
• Multi Point Inspection
• Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
• Evaluate customers needs, make repair recommendations with the highest level of integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Maintaining Customers Vehicles clean.
• Ensuring Floor mats and wipe down after each job

Alignment (Training Available)

Inventory/Restock

Schedule Oil Pick up

Emission Certified a plus.

Auto Technicians 3-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE -ASE CERTIFICATIONS PREFFERED

Engine Repair and Replacement

Indirect Leadership:

Perform Quality Checks on Technicians, Manage Team

Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model

Evaluate customers needs, make repair recommendations with the highest level of integrity

Maintain a clean and safe workplace

Any other duties as necessary
