Must have I-Car Gold/Platinum Certification or working towards Pro-Level 2 completion and be I-Car Welding Certified. Unlimited FREE I-CAR education for employees. Must be able to read/follow Weld-On OEM parts replacement procedures and maintain a 200% to 300% efficiency while maintaining a high-quality standard. Complete full disassembly for repair and go over additional hidden damages w/ appraiser. Mirror Matching must be completed with our Parts Coordinator.
