Electric Motor Mechanic

Blanchard Electric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electric Motor Mechanic to join our shop. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric motors and pumps.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose electrical issues in electric motors, pump, blowers, etc
- Repair and overhaul electric motors, including rewinding coils, replacing bearings, and restoring functionality
- Read parts manuals & determine needed repair parts from diagrams
- Maintain a clean work space & shop

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools & power tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
